1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is QuickDrawPromotions, operating in Ireland (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions listed on quickdrawpromotions.ie.
2.2 Competitions may be offered in different formats. Unless otherwise stated, an entry fee must be paid for each entry.
2.3 All entrants (“Entrants”) must complete the entry process according to these Terms & Conditions. A free-entry route is provided where required — see clause 3.11.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Each competition has an Opening Date and Closing Date displayed on the Website. All times and dates are local Irish time.
3.2 The Promoter may amend the Opening or Closing Date if absolutely necessary. Any change will be reflected on the Website. The Promoter will not extend a Closing Date simply to sell additional entries.
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified automatically and no refunds issued.
3.4 If a maximum number of entries is set, this limit will be clearly shown on the Website. Once the limit is reached, the competition closes.
3.5 Entrants may enter as many times as allowed until limits are reached. Free entries must be individually submitted — bulk free entries count as one.
3.6 To enter, Entrants must create an account on the Website (one account per person). Any person found with multiple accounts may be disqualified and removed from all competitions.
Steps to enter:
(a) Visit quickdrawpromotions.ie and select a competition;
(b) Submit the entry form or follow the free-entry instructions;
(c) Purchase entries (unless using the free-entry method);
(d) After confirmation, your entry is recorded.
3.7 All entries must be submitted in English.
3.8 Paid entries will receive a confirmation notification.
3.9 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, incomplete, delayed or corrupted entries.
3.10 By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3.11 Free Entry Route
Where a free-entry method is offered, the instructions will be clearly shown on the Website.
All free entries must:
Be handwritten
Be individually posted
Include the competition name, your full name, address, phone number, and email (matching your account)
Be received before the Closing Date
Bulk entries sent in one envelope count as one single entry.
Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.

4. CHOOSING A WINNER
4.1 Winner selection may use one or more of the following:
(a) Main Draw: a random draw including all valid entries
(b) Instant Wins: instant prize allocation based on random entry numbers
(c) Auto Draw System: fully automated random winner selection once a competition ends
4.2 Names and entry numbers may be shown on-screen during live draws or published on the Website.

at least 48 hours before the live draw.

5. ELIGIBILITY
5.1 Competitions are open to residents of Ireland and the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, excluding:
Employees of QuickDrawPromotions
Employees of suppliers, partners, or administrators
Immediate family members of the above
5.2 Proof of eligibility may be required.
5.3 Automated entries or incomplete entries are not accepted.
5.4 Abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or participants may result in disqualification.
5.5 Entry fees are non-refundable except where a competition is cancelled by the Promoter (see Section 11).
5.6 Fraud, hacking, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity will result in immediate disqualification and a ban.
6. THE PRIZE
6.1 Each competition prize (“Prize”) is described on the Website.
6.2 Prizes may change due to supplier availability; replacements of equal or greater value may be provided.
6.3 The Promoter does not guarantee any prize descriptions, valuations, or specifications beyond what is stated on the Website.
6.4 Prizes may be supplied by third-party suppliers.
6.5 Some competitions may offer a cash alternative — the Website will specify the amount. The winner may choose between the physical Prize or the Cash Prize if applicable.
6.6 Prizes are not transferable.
6.7 Additional prize-specific conditions (vehicles, property, travel etc.) will be listed on individual competition pages when necessary.
7. WINNERS
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2 Winners will be contacted shortly after the draw using their registered email or phone number.
If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the Prize may be offered to another eligible Entrant.
7.3 To demonstrate fair competition, the Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county on the Website.

8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
8.1 Prizes must be claimed personally by the winner.
8.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate.
8.3 Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account upon verification of identity.
8.4 The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot take up the Prize.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as required by law, the Promoter is not liable for:
Losses incurred by participating
Damage or injury arising from acceptance of the Prize
Technical issues, errors, or lost entries
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY
10.1 By entering, you agree that your personal data may be used to administer competitions as described in our Privacy Policy at quickdrawpromotions.ie/privacy-policy.
10.2 Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (photos, name, county). Refusal will not affect the awarding of the Prize, but regulatory disclosure may still be required.
10.3 Additional identity verification may be required to claim certain prizes. Refusal may result in forfeiture.
11. GENERAL
11.1 The Promoter may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always appear on the Website.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of breaching the rules.
11.3 The Promoter may void, cancel or amend competitions if necessary. If a competition is cancelled, entry fees will be refunded.
11.4 Competitions are not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any third-party platform unless specifically stated.
11.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11.6 Entrants should retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions for future reference.
